Across the street, the Village is home to the award winning Breckenridge ski school, perfect for the beginner or the skier/snowboarder wishing to advance their skills. Loaded with great amenities for the vacationer who wants it all this nicely furnished unit is a convenient family destination. Located directly above a bike and ski rental shop and a popular Mexican restaurant you don’t have to go far to eat or get supplies! Maggie Pond is fun year round with paddleboats in summer and ice skating in the winter and it is right across the street! This great studio includes a queen bed and bath, full kitchen, coffee maker, VCR, and cable TV. For the comfort of all our guests this is a no smoking unit. If you have a small budget, but you still want to see Breckenridge, this is an awesome value. ***Due to the small size of the water tank in this unit, we recommend the maximum occupancy as two people even though it can sleep four comfortably. ***
